Both.

The Inner Circle is designed for women who want to grow personally and professionally, whether they are leading teams, managing clients, navigating a career transition, building a business, or preparing for their next chapter.

The principles of confidence, leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and self-trust apply regardless of your professional path.

2. What makes this different from a traditional coaching program?

Most coaching programs have a clear start and end date.

The YOU ARE AMAZING™ Inner Circle was created to provide ongoing support, accountability, learning, and connection throughout the year.

Rather than working on a single goal, you have the opportunity to continue growing, evolving, and receiving support as new opportunities and challenges arise.

3. What if I am not completely clear about my next step?

You do not need to have everything figured out before joining.

Many women join because they are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and direction.

The combination of coaching, community, personal development resources, and reflection exercises helps you gain a deeper understanding of what truly matters to you and how you want to move forward.

4. How much time should I expect to dedicate each month?

The experience is designed to support your growth without overwhelming your schedule.

You are encouraged to attend the weekly coaching sessions whenever possible and engage with the resources at a pace that works for you.

Many members find that even small, consistent actions create meaningful results over time.

5. Do I need to attend every weekly session live?

No.

While live participation is encouraged, life and work commitments sometimes make attendance difficult.

The goal is progress, not perfection.

You are welcome to participate in a way that supports your current season of life.

6. What happens during the weekly coaching calls?

Each session provides a space for learning, reflection, coaching, discussion, accountability, and support.

Topics may include leadership, confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, personal growth, business challenges, career development, mindset, and life transitions.

The calls are designed to meet members where they are and support real-life growth and implementation.

7. What is included in the Founding Member offer?

Women who join before June 30, 2026, will receive exclusive Founding Member benefits, including:

• Locking in their preferred membership rate for as long as they maintain their membership

• Direct access to Yasmina throughout their first year

• Priority access to future opportunities, events, and retreats

• Recognition as part of the inaugural Inner Circle community

8. What happens after my first year?

The unlimited direct support bonus is included during your first year as a Founding Member.

Members who choose to continue after their first year retain their Founding Member membership rate as long as they maintain continuous membership.

The Inner Circle continues to evolve and grow, creating new opportunities for learning, connection, and development.

9. Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes.

The YOU ARE AMAZING™ Inner Circle is designed as a 12-month experience because meaningful and lasting transformation takes time.

All memberships require a minimum one-year commitment.
