My Story

I know this path, because I’ve walked it.

I spent decades leading in male-dominated industries, often the only woman in the room, and often the one holding it all together.

I knew how to lead. How to achieve. How to win.
And while most of my role models were men, I didn’t simply replicate what I saw. I began to integrate a different way of leading, one that included empathy, intuition, and a deeper understanding of people.

Even then, I could see the impact: more cohesion, stronger relationships, and better collaboration across teams.

But like many high performers, I was still operating under constant pressure: proving, pushing, and carrying more than I should.

When I became a mother, something shifted.
The version of success I had built, while impressive on paper, no longer felt sustainable or fully aligned.
That moment became a turning point. I chose to lead differently.

The truth is, I had been mentoring and coaching women throughout my career, especially during my time as President of WISTA Switzerland and General Manager & Board Member of Alcotra SA.

But this deeper shift changed everything. I stopped adapting to existing models and started shaping my own, one rooted in alignment, emotional intelligence, and real leadership.
