Unconscious Bias & Inclusive Leadership
We strive to make objective, rational decisions at work. Yet as human beings, we all carry unconscious biases that influence how we perceive, evaluate, and engage with others.
Bias itself is natural. The risk arises when it goes unexamined.
In today’s workplace, inclusive leadership is not just a cultural initiative, it is a business imperative.
